ABOUT THIS WINE
Bodegas Roda's Roda I Magnum 2019 is a red wine from the D.O.Ca. Rioja region of Spain. It is primarily composed of Tempranillo with a small percentage of Graciano. Bodegas Roda, established in 1987, aims to innovate while respecting tradition, classifying its wines by vineyard characteristics to reflect the landscape. The 2019 vintage was recognized as 'EXCELLENT' in Rioja, despite challenging weather conditions that resulted in lower yields but high-quality fruit. The wine is presented in a Magnum format.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Roda I Magnum 2019 begins with hand-harvested and sorted grapes. Alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously in French oak vats with temperature control. Malolactic fermentation follows in French oak barrels. The wine is then aged for 16 months in French oak barrels (50% new, 50% second use), followed by 20 months of bottle cellaring before release, adhering to the Reserva classification requirements.
