WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Roditis Natur 2023 is produced using a low-intervention, natural winemaking approach. Grapes are fermented using indigenous yeasts in tanks. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for five to seven months in tank. The winemaking process intentionally avoids filtration, fining, and the addition of any additives, aiming to preserve the wine's natural character and purity.
