WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Rondom wine is produced using whole redcurrants that are spontaneously fermented at low temperatures with their skins. This technique is employed to extract maximum flavor. The resulting wine is then blended with apple wine to achieve balance. A secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, followed by an aging period of at least 12 months. The redcurrants are hand-sorted prior to processing.
