WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Jean Biecher Rosacker Grand Cru Riesling is produced from 100% Riesling grapes. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures, utilizing indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for at least six months, followed by a minimum of one year of aging on fine lees. Aging also occurs in older barrels.
