ABOUT THIS WINE
The Rosato di Nibbiale is a 100% Montepulciano rosé from Tuscany's Toscana IGT. Produced by the family-run Poggio Nibbiale winery, founded by Dr. Nikolaus Buchheim, the estate is situated in the historically rich Etruscan landscapes of Magliano in Toscana. The vineyards are planted on south-west facing slopes with calcareous sandstone soil, promoting deep root systems. The winery is committed to strictly organic viticulture, aiming to produce authentic wines that reflect the character of the land.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Rosato di Nibbiale is crafted from 100% Montepulciano grapes. Following selective hand-picking, the grapes undergo destemming and a brief maceration in stainless steel tanks, with a portion also obtained through the saignée method. The resulting juice is pressed using a pneumatic press. The wine is then aged and clarified entirely in stainless steel tanks, preserving its natural character.
