The Iločki Podrumi Rosé Frankovka 2023 is a quality wine from the Croatian Danube region, made from 100% Frankovka grapes. Iločki Podrumi is one of Croatia's oldest wineries, with a winemaking tradition originating in the 15th century and a philosophy focused on preserving heritage and reflecting the unique terroir of its Principovac and Vukovo vineyards. The grapes are hand-picked from the Vukovo location, situated on the undulating plateaus of Fruška Gora at the foot of the Danube.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Rosé Frankovka is produced using short cold maceration of ripe Frankovka grapes. Following maceration, the grapes undergo slow fermentation at low temperatures (12-14°C) in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and varietal character. The wine is then aged in stainless steel. Grapes are hand-picked from the Vukovo vineyard.
