WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Jurtschitsch Rosé vom Zweigelt begins with hand-harvested Zweigelt grapes at the end of September. A short maceration period is employed to achieve the desired color. The juice is then carefully separated and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of approximately 18°C to preserve delicate flavors. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks. The winery adheres to certified organic farming practices and a philosophy of minimal intervention.
