WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Lammidia Rosh 2019 is produced using hand-harvested grapes from Abruzzo. The winemaking involves semi-carbonic maceration, with a portion of the fruit fermented as whole bunches and another portion destemmed and pressed. Fermentation takes place in concrete vats with a submerged cap for about two weeks. The wine is then aged in concrete. It is intentionally unfiltered, unfined, and made with zero added sulfur.
