WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Abbadia Ardenga Rosso di Montalcino 2020 is produced using grapes harvested in early October. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 4 months in Slavonian oak barrels. It then undergoes a further 8 months of bottle aging before its release.
