WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Rosso di Montalcino Talenti begins with hand-harvested Sangiovese grapes. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation occur in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes several months of aging in a mix of French and Slavonian oak barrels, including tonneaux and larger formats. This is followed by a period of bottle aging before release, adhering to Rosso di Montalcino DOC regulations which mandate a minimum of six months of barrel and bottle aging.
