Rottiers Moulin à Vent Mortperay

The Rottiers Moulin à Vent Mortperay 2022 is a 100% Gamay from the AOC Moulin-à-Vent, a Cru Beaujolais in Burgundy, France. Richard Rottiers founded his domaine in 2007 with a dedication to organic farming and expressing the specific terroir of this esteemed appellation. Moulin-à-Vent wines are recognized for their aging potential and complex aromatic development, often attributed to the region's granite soils, which can impart distinct violet notes. The Mortperay cuvée is intended to capture both elegance and a lively spirit.
