WINE MAKING PROCESS
Rouge de Carsin 2019 is produced using a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are hand-picked and sorted before undergoing thermo-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months, with half in French oak barrels (2-5 years old) and the other half in stainless steel vats. The winemaking process prioritizes minimal intervention to allow the wine to express its terroir.
