WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Rózsa Petsovits rosé is produced using grapes from both Austrian and Hungarian vineyards. Following a selective hand harvest, the grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation in large, used oak barrels for 10 days. The wine then ages for 8 months on its lees in neutral puncheons or large, used oak barrels. It is bottled unfiltered and with minimal sulfite additions, reflecting a hands-off approach to winemaking.
