WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Rusel Barbera d’Alba DOC 2017 is produced from 100% Barbera grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 28-30°C for 12-15 days with regular pumping over. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 8-10 months in small oak barrels (225-500 liters). The wine is bottled without filtration.
