WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Rústico Cinsault is produced from hand-harvested grapes, collected in small 12kg boxes to ensure quality. Fermentation and skin maceration take place in tanks, a process designed to highlight the grape's natural fruit character and freshness. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes a 6-month aging period in old concrete tanks. Viña Bouchon's approach is rooted in organic and sustainable viticulture, aiming to work in harmony with the environment and showcase the unique qualities of the Itata Valley terroir.
