WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Safadinha begins with hand-harvested grapes that are pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using native yeasts. After fermentation, malolactic conversion is intentionally blocked, and the wine is aged in stainless steel. Minimal amounts of sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide are added only at bottling.
