Saint-Amour Tête de Bonnet

Domaine de Boischampt, located in the Beaujolais village of Jullié, has winemaking history tracing back to 1642. After shifting to bulk production in the late 20th century, the estate underwent a complete quality revival beginning in 2018 under new ownership and winemaker Thibaud Baudin. The Tête de Bonnet cuvée originates from a tiny, highly prized single plot in Saint-Amour—the northernmost of the ten Beaujolais Crus—known for deep granitic soils and structural elegance.
