ABOUT THIS WINE
Saint Sidoine is a rosé wine from the Côtes de Provence appellation in France, produced by Terra Provincia. The name 'Saint Sidoine' is inspired by a local historical landmark, the last remnant of an ancient chapel, and a figure from local legend. Terra Provincia is a cooperative formed in 2021 from the merger of historic cellars, including Cellier Saint Sidoine (founded in 1923), representing the collective efforts of 182 local grape growers. The cooperative's production is overwhelmingly dedicated to rosé, with this wine embodying the classic style of the region. The vineyards are located in the Var department, benefiting from the Mediterranean climate and terroir.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
Saint Sidoine rosé is produced using the direct pressing method, where red grapes are gently pressed to extract juice with a pale pink color. The resulting juice is then fermented in stainless steel vats. Following fermentation, the wine continues its maturation in stainless steel, a process designed to preserve its natural freshness, vibrant fruit characteristics, and crisp acidity. This approach ensures the wine remains light, aromatic, and true to the classic style of Côtes de Provence rosé.
