WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested in the cool early morning hours to preserve freshness and primary fruit aromas. Each variety is vinified separately. After gentle pressing, the must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on its fine lees for several months without malolactic fermentation to maintain its crisp acidity and vibrant fruit profile before blending and bottling.
