Salamandre Orange

Chateau Saint-Cyrgues, a historic estate with roots in 1654, is now helmed by sixth-generation winemaker Loïc Ferraud. The Salamandre Orange is a Vin de France wine produced in the Costières de Nîmes region of the Southern Rhône. Ferraud's philosophy centers on minimal intervention and certified organic viticulture, aiming to express the authentic terroir. The vineyards are situated on a south-facing terrace known for its 'galets roulés' (pebbles) over clay and sandstone soils. This wine is intentionally designed as an accessible entry into the orange wine category, showcasing natural winemaking techniques.
