It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown at an altitude of nearly 700 meters in Spain, benefiting from significant diurnal temperature variations. The wine is certified organic and vegan, and its name, 'Same Same,' is a lighthearted reference to the traditional method of production used for Cava. It is classified under the Cava DO appellation.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
This Cava is produced using the traditional method, involving a second fermentation in the bottle. The base wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (below 15°C) to retain aromatic purity. Following the secondary fermentation, the wine rests on its lees for at least 15 months before being disgorged. As a Brut Nature, no dosage (sweetening liqueur) is added after disgorging, resulting in a very dry wine. The grapes are sourced from organic vineyards.
