Santiago Roma Albariño Selección

Santiago Roma Albariño Selección is a white wine from the Rías Baixas DO in Galicia, Spain, produced by Bodegas Santiago Roma. The 2022 vintage is made from 100% Albariño grapes sourced from estate vineyards with vines averaging 40 years old. The producer, Santiago Roma, founded his domaine in 1997 with a focus on organic viticulture and a belief in the primacy of the vineyard. The winery is situated in an old farmhouse, blending tradition with modern techniques. The wine is distinguished by its use of old vines, organic farming methods, and a winemaking process that includes native yeast fermentation and aging on fine lees.
