WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Saperavi 2023 is produced using temperature-controlled fermentation and skin maceration to enhance color and flavor extraction. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for five months in used 225-liter oak barrels. Georgian Royal Wine utilizes a modern winery, built in 2020, which integrates contemporary winemaking technology with the long-standing traditions of Georgian viticulture. The grapes are sourced from the producer's own vineyards in the Kvareli region of Kakheti.
