Sauvignon Blanc trocken

This Sauvignon Blanc is produced using 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from cooler, predominantly east-facing sites in the Mittelhardt region of Pfalz. The grapes are cultivated under ecologically certified viticulture practices. Following harvest, the wine undergoes fermentation exclusively in stainless steel tanks. It is then aged entirely in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and aromatic profile. This approach emphasizes minimal intervention and highlights the varietal and terroir characteristics.
