ABOUT THIS WINE
Kintonis Winery, located in the Peloponnese but sourcing from key Greek regions, crafts this expression of Savatiano from the historic region of Attica (Attiki). Savatiano is Greece's most widely planted white grape variety, historically famous for its role in Retsina but increasingly celebrated for its clean, monovarietal still wines. This Protected Geographical Indication (P.G.I.) wine highlights the modern revival of the grape, showcasing its ability to produce fresh, terroir-driven whites under careful temperature-controlled vinification.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested from selected vineyards in the Attica region. Upon arrival at the winery, they undergo gentle pressing followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the delicate primary fruit aromas and crispness of the Savatiano grape. The wine is kept on its fine lees for a short period before filtration and bottling, avoiding any oak contact to maintain its bright, clean profile.
