WINE MAKING PROCESS
This white wine is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The winemaking process involves vinifying each of the five vineyard parcels separately to preserve their distinct typicity. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in barrels over a 10-day period. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes aging on lees for 12 months in oak barrels, with 20% of these barrels being new.
