WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Hummel Schiller Fercsy 2021 undergoes a winemaking process characterized by low intervention. The grapes are fermented spontaneously, utilizing native yeasts. The wine experiences 3 days of skin contact before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. This method aims to preserve the wine's natural character and the expression of its terroir. The vineyards are managed according to organic and biodynamic principles, with the winery employing Natural Synergetic Winegrowing (NSW) practices.
