WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of Selian Rouge begins with hand-harvested 100% Carignan grapes. The process includes destemming and crushing, followed by a 5-day cold maceration designed to extract fine tannins. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at 22°C (72°F). Following fermentation, the wine undergoes 12 months of aging in barrels to develop its character and structure.
