ABOUT THIS WINE
Señorío de Broches is a sweet natural wine from Bodegas Dimobe, located in the Axarquía region of Málaga, Spain. It is made exclusively from the Moscatel de Alejandría grape. The winery, established in 1927, is a family-owned business committed to traditional Moscatel winemaking. The grapes are cultivated in the challenging, steep terrain of Axarquía, characterized by decomposing slate soils and a warm, dry climate. This wine is classified as a 'Vino Dulce Natural,' signifying that its sweetness is derived entirely from the grape's natural sugars, with no external sweeteners added.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
Señorío de Broches is produced using a 'Vino Dulce Natural' method. The Moscatel de Alejandría grapes are hand-harvested and then undergo partial fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. To stop the fermentation and retain the natural residual sugar, the wine is fortified to reach 15% ABV. This process ensures the sweetness comes solely from the grape. The wine does not involve any wood aging, preserving its fresh fruit character.
