WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Señorío de Sarría Rosado is made from 100% Garnacha grapes. Following harvest in late September, the grapes undergo a short pre-fermentation maceration period of 8-10 hours to extract color and flavor. The free-run juice is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at 17 degrees Celsius. The wine is kept in tank until bottling to preserve its freshness, characteristic of a 'Joven' style with no oak aging.
