WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested by hand from organically certified vineyards. After a meticulous selection process, the grapes undergo gentle pneumatic pressing. Fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the vibrant primary fruit characteristics. To add complexity, texture, and depth, the wine undergoes aging on its fine lees (sur lie) with periodic battonage before final blending and bottling.
