Sfera Noir

Sfera Noir is a natural red wine from the Bikicki winery, located in the Fruška Gora region of Serbia. The wine is a blend primarily of Pinot Noir with a smaller proportion of Crna Tamjanika (Black Muscat). The producer, Đorđe Bikicki, inherited his family's vineyards and is committed to a philosophy of minimal intervention in both the vineyard and the cellar, utilizing native yeasts and avoiding filtration. The name 'Sfera' is inspired by the spherical concrete fermentation and aging vessels used by the winery. The Bikicki estate is in the process of obtaining organic certification for its vineyards.
