WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Shedar Frizzante begins with crushing and destemming, followed by soft pressing of the grapes. The juice undergoes static cold settling before the first fermentation at controlled temperatures. To achieve the frizzante style, a second fermentation ('presa di spuma') is carried out, which generates the wine's fragrant aromas and light effervescence. Following fermentation, the wine matures in steel tanks.
