WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Juan Gil Silver Label begins with grapes from old Monastrell vines. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures, followed by a 25-day maceration period. Advanced laser optical sorters are employed for precise fruit selection. The wine then undergoes 12 months of aging in a combination of new and second-use French oak barrels. Bodegas Juan Gil also implements organic and sustainable farming practices.
