WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Silverboom Black Label begins with specially selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Stellenbosch vineyards, grown in granite and shale soils. The grapes are harvested in the early morning and undergo a 36-hour maceration. Following maceration, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures. After a three-week resting period, the wine is aged in oak, which contributes to its quality and flavor profile.
