WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Vinakoper Sivi Pinot 2022 is produced using a short cold maceration on destemmed grapes in a protected atmosphere. The primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 14-18°C. A portion of the wine is then subjected to fermentation and malolactic conversion in 500-liter oak barrels, while the remainder is aged without wood. This method aims to balance varietal expression with subtle textural development.
