WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Skepparps Grand Prix Rosé is produced from Solaris, Rondo, and Cabernet Cortis grapes. The vinification process involves crushing the grapes followed by a brief period of skin maceration to impart color. The grapes are cultivated on a south-facing slope. Consulting winemaker Vito Piffer from Trentino, Italy, has been involved in the production. The wine is produced in a limited volume of 1800 bottles.
