WINE MAKING PROCESS
Skinny Love 2019 is produced from 100% Riesling grapes sourced from Pfalz, Germany. The grapes are transported to Wine Mechanics in Gothenburg, Sweden, within 48 hours of harvest. The vinification process includes 9 days of skin contact, classifying it as an orange wine. Fermentation and aging both take place in stainless steel tanks, with the wine aged on its lees. A total of 2,600 bottles were produced.
