WINE MAKING PROCESS
J. Friberg Vineri employs a minimal intervention approach both in the vineyard and cellar. Viticulture is centered on regenerative farming, eschewing all chemical treatments and synthetic fertilizers. Instead, vines are nurtured with herbal teas and microbial fermentations to enhance their natural immunity, alongside natural fertilizers sourced locally. In the winery, fermentation is carried out exclusively with indigenous yeasts, allowing the wine to express its origin authentically without external manipulation.
