WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Pieropan Soave Classico begins with hand-harvested grapes, often collected in multiple passes to ensure optimal ripeness. The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed before fermentation. Fermentation occurs in glass-lined cement or stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, typically between 14-18°C. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on its fine lees for a period, which enhances its texture and complexity. The wine is then aged in bottle for a few months prior to release.
