WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Soligo Solicum Prosecco begins with hand-harvested Glera grapes in September. These are gently pressed, and the resulting must undergoes a slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. The wine achieves its sparkle through the Charmat (Tank) method, where secondary fermentation occurs in pressurized tanks. This method is designed to preserve the fresh, fruity character of the Glera grape, making the wine ideal for early release and enjoyment.
