WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Son Antem Camins Giró 2023 is produced from organically grown grapes. The primary grape is Giró, with a smaller proportion of Chardonnay. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at 20°C. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for six months. For aging, 75% of the wine is placed in a 3,000-liter oak foudre, and the remaining 25% is aged in a stainless steel tank. The total production for this wine is 2,400 bottles.
