WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Spring Village Grenache Syrah Rosé is made from Grenache and Syrah grapes harvested in Southern France starting in early September. The winemaking process involves careful pressing with only a few hours of skin maceration before filtration. Fermentation takes place at cool temperatures (around 15°C) for two weeks to preserve freshness. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for about a month in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
