WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Spring Village Rosé Grenache Syrah is made from grapes harvested in early September. The winemaking process involves careful pressing with only a few hours of skin contact before filtration. Fermentation takes place at cool temperatures (around 15°C) for two weeks to maintain freshness. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for about a month in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
