WINE MAKING PROCESS
The 'Stiflers Mom' Shiraz 2020 is produced from 100% Shiraz grapes. Following a manual harvest at optimal ripeness, the grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 14-16°C. The wine is then aged on its yeast sediment (sur lie) for seven months. The maturation process includes 24 months in new French oak barrels, followed by 12 months of bottle aging prior to release. The winery emphasizes manual labor in its vineyards.
