WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested from organic vineyards in Castellina in Chianti. Traditional red vinification is employed, with fermentation on the skins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 26°C for 15 to 18 days to extract color and fine tannins. The wine is then aged for 6 to 12 months in French oak barrels (a combination of barriques and tonneaux), followed by a minimum of 2 months of bottle refinement before release.
