WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for Studio Rosé are vinified through direct pressing. Cinsault and Tibouren are fermented in stainless steel tanks. Grenache and Rolle are partially fermented in unique tulip-shaped concrete vats, designed to promote lees suspension and add structure. Fermentation is carefully controlled for temperature. The wine is subsequently aged in stainless steel and cement tanks on its fine lees.
