WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Sturm Friulano 2022 begins with hand-harvested grapes in September. The grapes are destemmed and undergo cold maceration. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 16-18°C, with the potential use of the Ganimede method for gentle extraction. Following fermentation, the wine rests on its lees in stainless steel tanks for several months before bottling. Some versions may undergo brief aging in 500-liter oak tonneaux.
