WINE MAKING PROCESS
Su'Nico begins with hand-harvested Bovale grapes from the Marmilla region. After destemming and crushing, fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at 25°C for 7 days, followed by a soft pressing. The wine then undergoes 12 months of aging in French oak barriques and tonneaux (first and second passage). Finally, it rests for at least 2 months in the bottle before release, allowing for integration and development.
