WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Grosjean Syrah Echelette is produced from hand-harvested grapes that are destemmed and crushed. Fermentation takes place with natural yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at approximately 28°C, with a maceration period of 15 days. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes 12 months of aging, with 80% in large oak casks (botti) and 20% in small oak barrels (barrique). The producer is committed to organic and biodynamic viticulture, utilizing natural fertilizers and avoiding chemical pesticides.
